BODYBALANCE™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYBALANCE™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography. (For copyright reasons this program is known as BODYFLOW™ in the USA).

BOXERCISE is a high energy class incorporating the fitness of boxing and the agility of sports that will burn calories faster and will make you realise what you can really achieve.

I’m not very coordinated on the dance floor so what’s this class like to follow for first timers?

YOUR LIFE KIDS is specifically designed for children aged between 5 years and 12 years of age, the focus is around agility and functional training that’s appropriate for this ages group.
